Products are normally despatched within 24 hours and sent by 1st Class post. Please allow up to 7 days for exceptional circumstances. If no goods are received within this time please let us know.

Returns and refunds
A full refund (less postage) will be made if not completely satisfied and providing goods are returned within 14 days of original delivery.
If goods are faulty on arrival, please return within 14 days for a full refund (including postage) or replacement.

All products supplied by 'In our Prime' remain the property of 'In our Prime' until fully paid for by the customer, irrespective of location held.
